Because the Cinque Terre are more than colours, viewpoints and perfect photos.
I am Francesco, born in Vernazza and raised surrounded by the sea, the terraces, and everyday stories that rarely make it into travel guides. Over time, those familiar places became something more: a deep curiosity for local flavours, traditional gestures and the small details that give a territory its meaning.
Food, wine, walking paths, and the sound of the sea in the early morning. These are not attractions to be consumed quickly, but experiences that make sense when they are shared, explained and lived at the right pace.
The idea behind 5TerrEx comes from a simple belief: people who travel here deserve more than beautiful images to take home. They deserve moments that stay with them. A flavour they can recreate. A story they can retell. A different way of seeing the Cinque Terre once they leave.
My role is not to perform, but to host. To guide without lecturing. To open doors to local traditions with curiosity, lightness and a contemporary, slightly pop approach that makes everything feel accessible and real.
5TerrEx is built around a simple idea: locals welcoming temporary locals. People who may stay only a few hours or a few days, but who want to experience this place with respect, humour and attention to detail.
Authentic, enjoyable and full of moments worth keeping. That is why we do this.
